2. Data collected
We collect your name, phone, email, pickup and destination addresses, ride history and payment data (processed by certified providers). Geolocation is only used during the ride.
3. Purposes
Your data is only used to provide the transport service: driver assignment, ride tracking, billing, notifications and quality improvement.
4. Retention
Ride data is kept 3 years, accounting data 7 years under Belgian law. You may request deletion of your account at any time.
5. Your rights
Right of access, rectification, erasure, portability and objection. Exercise your rights via contact@zaxi.be. Complaints can be filed with the Data Protection Authority (GBA).
6. Security
Encrypted communications (HTTPS), restricted data access, encrypted passwords, no resale of data to third parties.
7. Cookies
This website only uses a technical session cookie required for the forms. No advertising or tracking cookies.
